Village of Spencer water bills are back on track to be delivered to residents this week. The local Post Office confirmed they are now out for delivery as of Monday, December 8th. Due to this delay, there will be no shutoff notices sent out this week as planned. If you are past due, please call the office at 715-659-5423 to make a payment plan. You may receive a courtesy call if you are past due.

Despite the delay, current bills are still expected to be paid on time. Late fees will be processed, as scheduled, on December 22nd. Our grace period is already twice as long as required by the PSC so is not affected by this particular delay.
