The Village of Spencer, located in central Wisconsin, is actively seeking new businesses and industries to diversify job opportunities within the community. With the goal of broadening Spencer’s industrial base, the Village recently established an 80 acre industrial park and TIF district that fronts County Road V on the southwest side of the Village.
