Job Title: Deputy Clerk/Treasurer
The Village of Spencer is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of our village government and support the well-being of our community. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with elections, assisting with financial transactions, records, and reports. It also includes utility billing and collection. Involvement with SPENCERAMA and Community activities may be required. This position serves as a point of contact for residents. Strong customer service skills are required. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks is necessary.
