WIS. STATUTES §174.07 DOG LICENSES AND COLLAR TAGS. If you own a dog(s), please bring the following information and payment to the Village office to register your dog(s): Your DOG’S CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE showing the date of vaccination, expiration date, manufacturer, serial number, dog breed, name, color, male or female, and spayed or neutered - UNLESS your rabies vaccination certificate is current and on file from previous licensing.
