The State DOT will be remarking the north bound intersection at Hwy 13 and Hwy 98 in Spencer today. See the attached design. The left turn only arrow for Main Street will be removed and north bound trafic will continue straight through the intersection without having to "change lanes". New pavement striping will also help indicate that the right turn lane onto E Clark Street is not allowed to travel north through the intersection.

This design change was approved after the State received many complaints from residents, Village staff, Board members, and the Police Department.
